When physical products are available, free standard shipping is offered on all eligible orders.

Orders may be fulfilled from multiple authorized fulfillment locations or suppliers depending on product availability and destination.

Shipping Availability

We primarily ship physical products to:

• Canada
• United States
• Mexico

In some cases, orders from other regions may also be accepted depending on product availability and fulfillment capabilities.

Digital products remain available worldwide.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM (local time) may be processed on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

Canada: 7–12 business days
United States: 6–10 business days
Mexico: 8–14 business days

Tracking

Tracking information is provided for most orders and will be emailed once the order ships.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.

Delivery Confirmation

Orders are considered delivered once the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.

NOIR Approved is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. Customers are encouraged to ensure a secure delivery location.

Delivery Delays

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside our control.

Digital products from NOIR Approved are delivered electronically worldwide.

After successful payment, access is typically provided immediately via download link, email, or account access.

Digital products are not subject to shipping timelines or physical delivery.
