At NOIR Approved, we stand behind the quality of every product and want you to feel confident in every purchase.
To ensure the fastest and smoothest resolution experience for our customers, we primarily offer refunds and replacements rather than physical returns.
30-Day Refund & Replacement Window
Requests for refunds or replacements must be submitted within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.

If you checked out as a guest, you may access your order through your order confirmation email and submit your request from there.
All requests are reviewed before approval.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the packaging
Once verified, we will arrange either a replacement or refund at no additional cost, where appropriate.
Product Satisfaction Requests
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
To provide the fastest customer experience, approved requests are generally resolved through either:
- A replacement shipment
- Store credit, where appropriate
- A refund to the original payment method
Physical return shipment is generally not required unless specifically requested by our support team.
Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Non-Eligible Items
For hygiene, safety, and digital integrity reasons, the following items are not eligible for refund or replacement once opened, used, or delivered:
- Gift cards
- Intimate items
- Final sale or clearance items
- Opened or used personal care and beauty items
- Digital products, downloads, templates, software, or virtual goods
Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment via download link, email, or account access.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that digital products are non-refundable and non-replaceable once access has been granted or files have been downloaded, except where required by applicable law.
If you experience any technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will ensure proper access is provided.
Delivery logs and access records may be used to verify successful delivery in the event of a payment dispute.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5-10 business days for processing after approval.
Depending on your financial institution, additional posting time may apply.
Original shipping fees, where applicable, are non-refundable unless the issue is due to:
- Our error
- A defective item
- An incorrect shipment
Refunds are not issued for digital products except where required by law.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds, replacements, or credits in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of policy, excessive claim activity, or attempts to circumvent store policies.
