1) What is the return policy?

You may request a return within 30 days of confirmed delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

• unused and unworn

• in original condition

• in original packaging with all parts and accessories included

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

2) When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

3) Are any purchases final sale?

Yes. For hygiene, safety, and digital integrity reasons, we do not accept returns on:

• gift cards

• intimate items

• final sale or clearance items

• opened or used personal care/beauty items

• digital products, downloads, software, templates, or virtual goods

Digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, except where required by law.

4) How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times (Free Standard Shipping):

Canada: 3–9 business days

United States: 4–8 business days

Mexico: 6–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, weather, or high shipping volumes.

5) Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, incorrect), return shipping is covered by us.

For all other approved returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6) Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee changes once processing or fulfillment has started.

7) Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Tracking details are emailed once your order ships (where available).

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

8) What does NOIR Approved means?

NOIR Approved means the product has passed our internal standards for performance, quality, utility, longevity, and value.

We do not list products based on trends or volume. Each item is selected for real-world use, design integrity, and whether it genuinely improves the experience it’s meant for.

If it’s listed, it earned its place.

9) How are digital products delivered?

Digital products are delivered automatically after purchase via:

They are usually available immediately.

10) Where do you ship physical products?

We currently ship physical products to:

• Canada

• United States

• Mexico

Physical shipping to other regions is not available at this time.

Digital products are available worldwide.

Orders may ship from different fulfillment locations depending on product availability and destination.

11) Do international orders have duties or taxes?

Orders shipped across international borders from the country of fulfillment may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

12) What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Contact us immediately if you notice an incorrect address.

If the order has already shipped, changes may not be possible.

Customers may be responsible for reshipping costs if an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

13) What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@noirfamily.com and include your order number plus clear photos of the item and packaging. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
